Both you and I know that Panic Attacks are a horrible thing that really suck out our quality of life to the point at which life becomes unbearable. In fact, it is a moment of sheer chaos, and whilst it may be difficult to even consider being calm, it can happen with a bit of practice. It all starts with breathing though. Long deep breathes, focusing on the air entering your longs and exiting. Consider using stop words as well if the negative thoughts come back into your head. These words are completely up to you to choose, but must be effective in clearing out thoughts, and allowing positive thoughts to replace the negative thoughts. This can be a challenge, but as I said, with practice, it is possible.
Using Medication For Quick Temporary Relief
There is a wide variety of medications available for use to instigate calm, however you will need to discuss this with your doctor as many can be harmful if used long term, and can be addictive. It is important to note that medications are only ever to be used for the short term, as this will provide you enough relief to be able to tackle other long term methods, such as what I am about to discuss.
Your Thoughts Aren?t Harmful!
Anxiety is caused by thoughts. As much as you probably are not aware of this, your deepest inner thoughts cause you to go into a sort of defense mode, that is fuelled by your own adrenaline. The long term secret of how to stop Anxiety Attacks is as simple as this? you must be able to control your thoughts, and be completely aware that these thoughts are not capable of hurting you. Although they make you feel terrible, they are just thoughts, and are not worth worrying about.
