This is serious business.? This is rum we?re talking about, and Bacardi Libre doesn?t have the same ring as Cuba Libre.? Litigation between Bacardi and Cuba over the use of the Habana Club trademark in the U.S. market has ended, but Cuba still is trying to hold onto the name.? They don?t have much else.
